But its ok! You have 3 options:
1 - Get on our WAITLIST. Fill out the contact form below to be placed on our waitlist for when a spot opens up (it does happen when people move out of the area for example).
You’ll be prompted to give your name, phone number, DOB, & email.
This will let us know that you’re interested in becoming an official member of the practice.
We’re then notified that you’d like to be contacted. We will then text message you to get you into our texting system. This helps us be more organized with our waitlist.
Once a spot opens up, then we will schedule you for a short 15 min zoom call for a "Meet & Greet". Once we both agree that we want to move forward, then we send you the link to sign up with your credit or banking card information. Then we schedule your initial visit!
2 - Fill out a scholarship application. We believe everyone deserves access to high quality primary care. We offer a limited number of scholarships each year:
Partial Scholarships: Discounted membership rates for patients experiencing financial hardship
Full Scholarships: Complimentary memberships for patients with significant financial need
Scholarships are awarded based on financial need and availability, reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To apply or learn more about eligibility, please contact our office. All inquiries are kept strictly confidential.
3 - Be a VADPC healthcare sponsor. Help us expand access to high quality, relationship based primary care by sponsoring a patient membership. Every dollar you contribute goes directly towards funding scholarships for patients who cannot afford the full cost of membership.
