We have 2 methods of communication: Spruce (secure text messaging)- access here. Elation Passport (the patient side of our Electronic Health Record) - access here.
Around the time of your first appointment, you will be emailed access to Passport. Look for that email in your spam box. Follow the directions for access. We send lab/radiology results, etc. in Passport. Spruce is for text messaging.
* Elation Passport * - For those of you who already have Passport, since the shift from CDPC to VADPC, we have had some issues getting the old accounts updated to the new Elation. When you are in your Elation Passport portal, there is a figure of a person in the top RIGHT of your screen, click that and it should give you an option to choose Virginia Direct Primary Care.
We are seeing both in-person and telemedicine visits. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we have paused online scheduling. Please contact your physician for appointments.
