We are a full-service, modern family medicine clinic providing care to patients of all ages. The difference? Here, you pay a monthly fee that covers all of your visits and communication with Dr. Neal and Jude instead of using insurance to pay a fee for every visit.
Relationship
At VADPC, you get to establish a meaningful relationship with Dr. Neal and Jude Christian who work together to care for every patient.
Dr. Neal and Jude at VADPC will have a dramatically smaller patient panel (compared with traditional clinics). This allows you more time with your physician or nurse practitioner, which improves communication and coordination with the rest of your healthcare team.
We work directly for you (instead of an insurance company). You will be cared for by someone who has more time to listen, stay up-to-date on medical information, and to research issues more thoroughly.
We get to know you really well, so there's no need to endlessly repeat your story.
Convenience / Time Savings
We value your time. Little to no waiting.
One stop shop: in house blood draws. No need to go to the lab afterwards for blood draws.
We offer in house procedures: EKG, simple suturing, mole/skin tag biopsies/removal, rapid strep test, rapid influenza test, fingerstick glucose check, INR checks, urinalysis, urine pregnancy test, breathing treatments, splinting, ear wax removal, pap smears, IUD and Nexplanon removal, etc.
House calls are available when necessary for an additional cost (within specific geographic location and approved by physician). We also offer a home visit only membership as an option - ask Dr. Neal if you are interested.
There is no registration or payment during visits, which saves you time and energy. We just take care of you!
Cost Transparency
No co-pays or hidden fees.
It costs approximately $200 for ONE visit to see your doctor (or nurse practitioner) in a traditional fee-for-service practice. Typically, even if you have good insurance, you still have some amount of co-pay for each visit. Come to us and pay just the one monthly fee. No co-pays!
We work with you to find the lowest cost options for your medications (often lower than your co-pay when using typical health insurance).
We have negotiated the best cash prices for lab work and also work with the lab companies to utilize your insurance if you prefer.
Assistance with accessing a growing community of local specialists who offer discounted, cash-pay rates.
Organization / Reliability
Fewer patients means we can stay organized and fewer things fall through the cracks.
We recognize how important it is that we take ownership of your care. We will be the gatekeepers to the rest of your health care team.

If hospitalization is necessary, we coordinate your care with the hospital team. We provide prompt after-hospital care, communication, and follow-up.
